Why do you use several forms of vitamin C in some serums?

Different forms of vitamin C have different stability, delivery and tolerance characteristics. Combining complementary forms can support antioxidant protection, radiance and a more even-looking complexion while allowing the overall formula to be designed for performance and comfort.

Why has the colour of my Brightening Serum or Illuminate-3X Serum changed?

Vitamin C is naturally sensitive to oxidation, so a gradual shift toward a more yellow or amber tone can occur. Store the product according to its packaging instructions and protect it from excessive heat and light. If the colour becomes very dark or there is a marked change in smell or texture, stop using it and contact customer service.

Does a change in vitamin C serum colour affect effectiveness?

A slight colour change does not by itself show that a product has lost effectiveness. Colour alone cannot reliably determine product condition. If there is a marked change in colour, smell or texture, stop using the product and contact customer service.

Can I use a vitamin C serum with retinol or retinal?

Yes. A simple way to sequence them is vitamin C in the morning and vitamin A in the evening. Introduce each product gradually, avoid stacking multiple strong actives in the same routine, and adjust frequency if your skin becomes sensitive.
