Who is responsible?

What we use and why

We receive your contact, account, billing and delivery details, order and payment information, preferences, reviews and messages from you and our service providers. Devices and cookies provide IP addresses, browser information and browsing interactions.

  • Orders, accounts, delivery tracking and returns: to fulfil our contract and provide requested support. Required checkout details are necessary to process an order.
  • Records, security and fraud prevention: to meet legal obligations and protect our legitimate business interests, balanced against your rights.
